These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the https://www.interplaytennis.com website (the “Site”) and the purchase of coaching classes offered by Interplay Tennis (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Site.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Site and any content you post or submit.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including, but not limited to, infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, transmitting viruses or other harmful code, or interfering with the operation of the Site.
2. Purchase of Coaching Classes
All purchases of coaching classes are subject to availability.
Prices for coaching classes are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice.
You agree to pay the full price for the coaching class(es) at the time of purchase.
We accept payment by methods accepted by our integrated payment gateway provider.
We will send you a confirmation email with your purchase details upon successful payment.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of the first coaching class: You will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the first coaching class: You will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to contact@interplaytennis.com.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or instructor illness, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel coaching classes. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer you a reschedule option or a full refund.
We do not allow any makeup, refund, or credit for any missed coaching class where you decide not to participate for any reason.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and the coaching classes are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particularpurpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Site or the coaching classes, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
7. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Site and the purchase of coaching classes.
